Clock-In Assistant is a scheduling and app-opening aid. It does not complete attendance actions, press buttons in another app, impersonate a person, or bypass security controls.
1. The service
These terms apply to Clock-In Assistant, package com.longstudio.punchclockhelper, operated by Guangzhou Aiyoule Network Technology Co., Ltd. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
The app lets you choose a target app or a shortcut you have reviewed, configure a schedule, and ask Android to open that target when the schedule runs. You are responsible for reviewing the target app and completing any action yourself.
2. Responsible and prohibited use
You must not use the app to:
- falsify, fabricate, or misrepresent attendance, location, work time, identity, or authorization;
- deceive an employer, school, client, public authority, or another party;
- impersonate another person or use another person’s account or device without authorization;
- bypass biometric, location, device, employer, attendance, or other security checks;
- violate applicable law, a contract, workplace policy, or a third-party service’s terms; or
- interfere with another app, service, device, or network.
You remain responsible for confirming that your attendance record and any information submitted in another app are correct.
3. Device and reliability limitations
Scheduled execution depends on Android, phone-manufacturer background controls, permissions, battery management, lock-screen state, network availability, the target app, and other conditions outside our control. A task may be delayed, blocked, or replaced by a notification. The app does not guarantee that a target app will open at an exact time or that an attendance action will be completed.
4. Third-party apps and services
Target apps, Google Play, advertising services, payment services, and device platforms are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, security checks, content, or decisions. A link or app-opening request does not imply endorsement or partnership.
5. Purchases and memberships
Available products, billing periods, renewal behavior, local currency, price, taxes, cancellation rules, and refund handling are shown by the applicable app store before purchase. The store’s final confirmation page controls if it differs from a website description. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a renewing subscription. Use the applicable store’s subscription management page to cancel.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to address security, legal, platform, or product requirements. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes where appropriate.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free scheduling, background launching, notification delivery, target-app availability, or attendance acceptance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, fraud, abuse, or a material breach of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app, third-party services, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an applicable notice means you accept the updated terms, except where law requires another form of consent.
