This policy applies to the Android app “Clock-In Assistant” (called “划水大王” in some domestic channels), package name com.longstudio.punchclockhelper.
1. Operator and scope
Clock-In Assistant is operated by Guangzhou Aiyoule Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The app attempts to open an app or user-confirmed shortcut selected by the user at a configured time. It does not complete attendance actions for the user.
2. Information stored on your device
- Task settings: the target app name and package name or a user-confirmed shortcut, time, repeat mode, optional random delay, and enabled state.
- Execution history: scheduled time, completion time, attempt count, result, and local diagnostic information used to explain recent task status.
- Permission state: exact-alarm, notification, overlay, background, lock-screen, and battery settings used to explain feature availability.
These task and history details are processed locally and are not uploaded to our servers. Deleting a task removes its task configuration. Uninstalling the app removes local app data, subject to Android and backup settings controlled by the user or device provider.
3. Purchases, advertising, and usage analytics
Store purchases and entitlement verification
When you buy or restore a membership, the applicable app store processes payment. Depending on the channel, the app may send a purchase token or signed order data, product and plan identifiers, subscription state, purchase and expiry time, a random installation identifier, app and operating-system version, and limited device model information over an encrypted connection to our entitlement service. We use this to verify a purchase with the store, prevent duplicate grants, restore or revoke entitlements, and investigate errors.
For Google Play purchases, Real-time Developer Notifications and the Google Play Developer API may be used for renewal, cancellation, pause, refund, revocation, expiry, reconciliation, and support. Complete order IDs and purchase tokens are encrypted on the server and are excluded from ordinary runtime logs. We do not receive a buyer’s complete card information or payment password.
Google AdMob and domestic advertising services
The Google Play version may use Google AdMob for banners, task-transition interstitials, and reward videos selected by the user. Where required, Google User Messaging Platform provides privacy choices. Advertising services may process approximate location inferred from IP address, device or other identifiers, app and device information, ad requests, impressions, interactions, and diagnostics according to their policies.
Domestic-channel builds may use Pangle after the channel’s required privacy consent. Advertising failure, no fill, timeout, or an unavailable required privacy choice does not replace or complete an attendance action.

Firebase Analytics in the Google Play version
Firebase Analytics is disabled by default and begins only after the user separately enables usage analytics. It may process an app-instance identifier, app version, device category, operating system, language, country or approximate region, sessions, and app interactions. We do not intentionally upload target-app names or package names, task IDs, shortcuts, exact scheduled times, notes, email addresses, order numbers, purchase tokens, or device serial numbers as custom analytics data.
Advertising privacy choices and analytics consent are separate. Turning analytics off does not disable task configuration or execution.
4. System permissions
- Exact alarms: schedule a task close to the selected time.
- Notifications: provide a manual continuation when Android blocks a background launch.
- Display and background settings: improve launch reliability on supported devices.
- Battery optimization: reduce missed attempts caused by aggressive background cleanup.
- Boot and time-change events: restore schedules after restart, app update, or a system-time change.
- Internet and network state: support store verification and, after applicable consent, advertising services.
Android and device manufacturers control these capabilities. The app cannot override the operating system or guarantee a background launch.
5. Retention and security
Google Play verification ledgers, encrypted order IDs, encrypted purchase tokens, and related audit events are retained for up to 24 months by default for renewal verification, support, disputes, refunds, and reconciliation. At expiry, reversible ciphertext and unnecessary installation, event, or device linkage are removed or anonymized. The minimum financial summary required by law or an unresolved dispute may be retained for the necessary period.
We use transport encryption, access controls, field encryption, keyed indexes, log redaction, and data minimization. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your choices and deletion requests
You can change, pause, or delete tasks; change related system permissions; manage applicable advertising choices; disable usage analytics; or uninstall the app.
To request deletion of server data, email hklongcaresu@gmail.com with the subject “Clock-In Assistant data deletion request.” If a purchase is involved, include the Google Play order number and approximate purchase time, but never send a payment password or complete card information. Records required by law or an unresolved refund or dispute will be isolated and retained only as necessary.
7. Children
The app is not directed to children. Minors should use it only with the guidance and consent of a guardian.
8. Policy updates
We may update this policy when features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. We will provide an appropriate notice and obtain consent again where required.
